This Privacy Policy explains how Keyvalue Software Systems Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use Daily Tadka, including the mobile application, website, and related services available at getdailytadka.in (collectively, the “Service”).

Daily Tadka is a ready-to-use template app that lets you browse designs, upload images to an asset library, and personalize templates using a client-side overlay editor. Download and share features require a subscription. By using Daily Tadka, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Depending on how you use Daily Tadka, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and identity data: name, mobile number, OTP-based authentication details, language preferences, and account settings.
• User content: photos uploaded to your asset library and metadata associated with those uploads.
• Subscription and transaction data: purchase history, subscription status, entitlement records (managed via RevenueCat), and billing references. We do not store card details.
• Device and technical data: IP address, operating system, app version, device identifiers, push notification tokens, crash logs, and network information.
• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, template browsing behaviour, feature usage, session details, and performance metrics collected via Mixpanel.
• Device permissions data: camera access, photo library access, storage permissions, and push notification permissions, as granted by you.

• directly from you when you create an account, upload content, subscribe, or contact support;
• automatically from your device through SDKs, permissions, and local storage mechanisms;
• from payment and subscription partners (RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

• to create, authenticate, manage, and secure accounts via OTP-based mobile authentication;
• to provide template browsing, asset library storage, overlay editing, download, and share functionality;
• to process subscriptions, verify entitlements, and handle billing matters;
• to deliver push notifications about account alerts and service updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging;
• to communicate with users about support requests and policy changes;
• to improve product quality, reliability, and user experience through analytics;
• to detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with lawful requests;
• to maintain records and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

7. Legal Bases and Applicable Law

For users in India, we process digital personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Where laws outside India apply, we process data on the basis of consent, contract performance, legitimate business interests, or compliance with legal obligations as applicable.

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary with:

• service providers that support hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, security, and payment processing;
• subscription partners including RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store;
• cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Firebase) used to store uploaded content and operate the Service;
• analytics providers (Mixpanel) for understanding product usage;
• push notification services (Firebase Cloud Messaging);
• government authorities where disclosure is required by law.

When you choose to share a design through WhatsApp or another app, content is sent from your device through that app. We do not operate a separate server-side WhatsApp API for routine sharing.

10. Data Retention

• Asset library uploads: stored for as long as your account exists and the content remains in your library, unless you delete it or request erasure.
• Self-service account deletion: immediately marks your account as closed and removes push tokens. Stored uploads may remain until a verified erasure request is completed.
• Verified erasure requests: contact dailytadka@keyvalue.systems; we typically target deletion within 30 days of verification, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Subscription records: retained by RevenueCat and app stores as required for accounting and compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, secure token storage, and environment segregation. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.

12. International Transfers

Your personal data is primarily processed in India. Third-party providers such as AWS, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Mixpanel may process data in other jurisdictions including the United States, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, withdraw consent, manage push notification preferences, and request account deletion.

If you upload photos containing another person, you represent that you have the necessary rights and consents. Contractual obligations are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

15. Children’s Privacy

Daily Tadka is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. For users aged 13 to 17, we comply with applicable requirements regarding children’s data under the DPDPA.

16. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may delete your account from within the Daily Tadka app or by following the steps at getdailytadka.in/delete. For full erasure of stored media, contact dailytadka@keyvalue.systems with sufficient information for identity verification.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website, app, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
